Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at a designated shipping location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
